A Retreat

We recently escaped for a short retreat to the Lost Pines Resort near Bastrop with Josh's parents. It was such a fun weekend and a great chance to spend some quality time with Papa and Gigi. They were such a big help with B and even gave Josh and me a night away by ourselves for dinner in Austin. The resort was beautiful but the best part was spending time with family!

I just had to take a picture of this little antique "rocking" horse. My favorite toy as a child was a horse like this with springs. I was tempted to buy it just for decoration but I could just imagine trying to explain to B later that it was not safe to play with. To be safe, I opted for just a picture.
